• I already have in.touch 2 app, how can I get the new Gecko App?
  • The new Gecko App works with a new cloud infrastructure and require to change the in.touch 2 connectivity device (spa module and modem module) to the in.touch 3 connectivity device.
• Is Gecko app available on Apple and Google?
  • Yes, Gecko App is available for both Apple via the App Store and Google via the Play Store.
• How can I connect my spa to the App?
  • First, you need to make sure you have an in.touch 3 or in.touch 3+.
• My app stopped working, what can I do ?
  • Please follow the troubleshooting guide here. Should there is a problem with our technology, you'll be able to follow the status on this page. If issues are still not solved, do not hesitate to reach our tech support.
• I have the Gecko App, but do not have the water monitoring functionnalities. How can I get them ?
  • To access the water monitoring features, you need to upgrade to the premium version of the Gecko app.
• Is Gecko app free ?
  • Gecko app is free, but have some premium features. As a rule of thumb, the features related to the remote control of the spa are free (adjusting temperature, start/stop pumps, on/off lights etc.) and the preset, analytics or smart features will be in the premium version (energy, recommendation engine, charts etc.). • What features does the Gecko app has?
  • Gecko app is continuously evolving and is built to make the ownership of the spa simpler and more enjoyable. There are multiple features segmented around 3 main categories: spa remote control (adjust temperature, start/stop pumps, on/off lights etc.), energy efficiency (economy and filtration modes...) and water management (continuous water reading, test strip scanner, chemical dosing recommendation etc.). • What are the differences between in.touch 2 app and the new Gecko App
  • At launch, Gecko app and in.touch 2 will propose similar functionnalities of spa remote control. As such, the biggest difference between both apps is the water monitoring functionnalities that are included in the same app that serves to control the spa. More to come !
