    • The in.clear sanitization system uses electrolysis to produce a sanitiser that is automatically dispensed into the water.

    • The in.clear s sanitization system uses Bromicharge, a particularly pure sodium bromide salt. 
  • How long does the in.clear sanitization system last?
    • The in.clear sanitization system typically lasts for approximately 3-5 years, depending on usage and maintenance.

    • The in.clear cell should be cleaned every 3 months, or as needed.

    • The in.clear sanitization system requires a 240V power supply and is installed after your spa heater tube. For a linked version controlled through your Gecko Keypad, you also connect it to a CO port on your X or Y series control system.

    • The in.clear sanitization system will indicate if it is working properly. If any errors occur, you will get error codes or messages on your Gecko keypad.

    • No, it is recommended to only use sodium bromide with the in.clear sanitization system for best results. 
  • How often do I need to replace the in.clear cell?
    • You may begin to notice that the cell is no longer able to generate bromine as well as it used to. If you look inside the cell and observe the four plates, you will notice that they can begin to look worn out with rounded edges on the electrodes. 
  • How can I get the most out of my in.clear sanitization system?
    • Regularly test your water to ensure the correct chemistry. You should have a pH between 7.2 and 7.8, Total Alkalinity between 100 and 120 PPM, and a Calcium Hardness between 150 and 200 PPM.
